I have worked in the retail/hospitality industry since I was 10 years old in my family’s food van business. The food van trades weekly at Salamanca Market, fortnightly at Hobart Twilight Market, annually at the Syd-Hob Rolex Race Village, Taste of the Huon, Huon Valley Mid-Winter Feast, Dark Park, Derwent Valley Festival, Small Farms Expo, Million Paws, Australia Day Long Beach and many other major events all of which I have participated as kitchen hand, front of counter and trainee barista. I have also worked in 3 cafes, 2 restaurants and participated in casual babysitting. I have a lot of experience working in hospitality therefore I am quite good at interacting with customers and making sure their needs are looked after.
