For personal gratitude projects we are also designing a range of journals focussed on the student in mind. In addition to the characteristics of a traditional organiser such as weekly layouts, month at a glance and more, these journals contain spaces to journal a positive thought at the start of each day and a positive event at the end of each day. By bookending your days with gratitude these journals seek to improve your well-being.
